Room with a view

Excellent hotel in a nice location. We know the hotel, we know Songdo and it was not the first time we stayed in this hotel. The apartment's room is super well-equipped.

Strange situation that as a hotel guest with a 500$ range room-rate/night, you can't get a place at the bar if you ask for it at 7:00 PM (unless you are willing to wait till after 9:00 PM). That is when the fully equipped apartment's kitchen comes in as a rescue, but it's not the same... Parking...is shared with lots of other places, so when you arrive at 3 PM, good luck finding a spot. Lastly: the room pictures are just 'examples' and if you pick a specific room upper price range room, because of the configuration that is depicted, don't be surprised if you get a room that looks rather differently.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel! The room was fantastic, offering both comfort and style. The food options were not only delicious but also had an extensive range of choices to cater to every palate. The concierge team extended a warm and welcoming reception, and the staff service throughout my stay was impeccable. The dedicated room service made me feel truly pampered. Overall, my experience was exceptional, and I wholeheartedly rate this hotel with five stars for providing a perfect blend of comfort, cuisine, and outstanding service.

Nice

Kind staff. Good facilities. Nice location. Next to a park and can easily visit the nearby outlet and mall. Has everything you need for a staycation. Mini kitchen is nice. You can go to Lotte mart right next door to buy things to make or just buy some Korean snacks and drinks. It’s the tallest building in that area, therefore it has some very nice views. We had an ocean view. Lovely and very far from the ground. The hotel starts on the 36th floor. Near Incheon airport therefore there were some flight crew members coming in and out.

Could hear some noises from the room over but didn’t last too long.

Great location and great value.

The hotel location to our work location was a huge plus. The food offered at the hotel was great and a great value. The hotel staff succeeded my expectations. I would stay here again without hesitation.

I wish they had a pool and sauna. Other then that this hotel really is the best bang for your buck in the Incheon area. I will stay here again if I come back to South Korea. Oakwood keep up the great work and customer service.

Hotel exceeded our expectations

We were absolutely amazed and flashed by the mere size of this hotel and room. The building was visible throughout our whole trip, wherever in incheon we were walking, which is super cool. The room is incredibly spacious with a beautiful view of the city, seaside as well as lots of parks (we were on the 54th floor). The staff was really friendly and could not be more helpful. We received lots of tips, maps and guides as well as the calling for taxis, which they always offered to do.

The location seemed to be more of a stopover to wait for your departing flight rather than it being really an attraction to spend multiple days there. The area were the hotel is located does have a beautiful park and overall nice surroundings however you will really only find restaurants in this area and nothing more. If you want to experience something else, we suggest Triple Street, however it's also only a program for one or two days max.

Great view, great concierge, great food.

Excellent location, beautiful view of the park, city, ocean. Very attentive and caring staff, excellent cuisine. If necessary, there is an excellent Lotte Mart nearby where a large assortment of products and various goods is located.

It can be problematic to book for the entire desired period of stay, so book early ;)

Quiet and comfortable!

This was a great location for me. I usually stay at the Sheraton but it was booked. I am glad I stayed here at Oakwood. The concierge was fantastic. I got a fast taxi every morning and help with other requests immediately! They have the fastest elevators I have ever seen. Great stay

They was no hotel store for everyday items you wanted quick.
